At Maheshe, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Returns will be acceptable within 48 hours of delivery. 
• The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Items bought on clearance or sale
• Minor color variations due to lighting

3. Exchange Policy

• We offer size exchange (subject to availability)
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours 
  your order will be exchanged and replacement within 5-10 days

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
